...is a shift in perception
In the very first Jivamukti class that Alexandra took with her friend and later mentor – Antje – it became clear to her that she wanted to teach herself; sharing the joy, the fun, the philosophy, the tradition, and the bliss with others.
Alexandra practiced at the Jivamukti Yoga center in Munich until her dream became reality when joining the Teacher Training at beautiful Omega Center, upstate New York in 2010.
After this, she returned to Munich to dig and dive deeper into the art of assisting, teaching, practicing - practically living in the center during her apprenticeship with Antje....
...with the looming realization of another dream on the horizon: Living and teaching in Stockholm, Sweden.
Since October 2010, Sweden is what Alexandra calls home. In the countryside, just outside of Stockholm – in a red house with white painted edges and windows, she lives with her beloved husband and magical cat Findus.
