Jeffrey's interest in yoga stem from a mishmash of the arts, athletics, addiction, behavioral problems, numerous psychotherapists, and "alternative" education. He is an ambassador of yoga, presenting around the world in the United States, Mexico, and Europe. Jeffrey serves an integral role as Lead Mentor for the residential Jivamukti Yoga® Teacher Training Program and is also a member of the Omega Institute and Kripalu guest teaching faculty. Video and radio projects include collaborations with Russell Simmons and Martha Stewart.
Jeffrey is known for his rawness, humor, warmth, relevance, and candor. His classes are textured with a perfect blend of sonic vibrations, rigor, and hands-on assists.
Jeffrey is cofounder/co-director of the only Jivamukti School in the United States outside of New York City in Charleston, SC and an advanced certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher.
