Although there is no Jivamukti Yoga studio in Sweden yet Jivamukti Yoga classes are offered at several studios. By offering Jivamukti Yoga classes in Sweden we hope to convey a message of peace and love to yoga students and their communities. Through our classes we want to demonstrate that as living beings our true nature is joy and that yoga is a beautiful practice to bring us to that realization.
We practice yoga for the benefit for all the beings around us, as much as for ourselves. It is our firm belief that every Jivamukti Yoga class is an opportunity to grow and at the same time make the world around us a more peaceful and compassionate place.
We believe that Jivamukti Yoga is for everyone and that it could be a great complement to other spiritual or yogic practices.
Although we take our yoga practice very seriously, and never compromise on the goal and purpose of the practice we want to emphasize that a Jivamukti Yoga practice should always be infused with happiness and a sense of freedom!
